We are actively recruiting a Regional Sales Manager for our Turkey office. A successful candidate should have:

Job Duties will include:
(1) Serve Turkish customers; (2) Coordinate pre-sales tech support (through Tech Support Department); (3) Cooperate with Marketing Department in marketing activities; (4) Provide marketing materials to customer; follow up sales leads; (5) Provide price quotes to customers and follow up quotes; (6) Provide all customer service communication except tech support. (7) Conduct presentations and demonstrations of the product range to end users/dealers; (8) Provide Technical/Sales training program for dealer personnel; (9) Liaison with builders, project management consultants, electrical consultants in an effort to finalize orders; (10) Create budgetary proposals; (11) Foster a relationship with potential large organization; (12) Conduct seminars focusing on architects, consultants & potential end users; (13) Participate in focus exhibitions; (14) Prepare, monitor, analyze and review annual sales plans and results;
A successful candidate should have the following qualification.
(1) More than two years relevant experience; (2) Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up thoroughly; (3) Excellent interpersonal skills (4) Good communication skill via phone and e-mail, including cold calls; (5) Sense of urgency; (6) Familiar with Internet, Word, and Excel; (7) Technical background a plus.
